Wee Sing Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of weesing.com (the "Site"), operated by Wee Sing Productions, LLC ("Wee Sing," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Children should use the Site with a parent or other adult.
Ownership of content
The songs, recordings, videos, illustrations, text, photographs and other materials on the Site are protected by copyright and other laws of the United States and other countries. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
How you may use the Site
You may view the Site and play the songs and videos it provides for your personal, non-commercial use, including at home and in the classroom. You may print free activity pages for personal, family or classroom use.
Unless we give written permission, you may not:
- Download, copy, reproduce, record or redistribute recordings, videos or other materials from the Site, except as allowed above or through normal browser caching
- Sell, license or use Site materials for any commercial purpose, including in products, videos, apps or public performances
- Modify materials or remove copyright or trademark notices
- Use automated tools to scrape or copy the Site, or interfere with its operation or security

If you contact us through the Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate. If you send ideas, suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you. Please do not send unsolicited creative material such as songs, scripts or story ideas; we cannot review them and cannot return them.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
