Wee Sing Privacy Policy

Wee Sing Productions, LLC ("Wee Sing," "we," "us") operates weesing.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Information we collect
Information you send us. If you use our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, subject and message. We use it only to read and respond to your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting providers automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the Site. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
What we do not collect. We do not sell products or take payments on the Site, we do not offer accounts or logins, and we do not collect information for advertising.
Children's privacy
Wee Sing makes music for children, but this Site is designed so that we do not collect personal information from children under 13. The contact form is intended for parents, teachers and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not use cookies or other identifiers to track children or show them advertising.
If we learn that a child under 13 has sent us personal information through the contact form, we will delete it without responding, other than any reply needed to reach a parent. If you are a parent and believe your child has sent us information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
Cookies
We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Any cookies the Site sets are only those needed for it to work.
Songs on the Site. The songs you can play on the Site are stored on our own cloud storage. No outside music or video service is involved, so playing a song does not share information with another company.
Do Not Track. Because we do not track visitors across websites, we do not change our practices in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
How we use and share information
We use contact form information only to respond to you. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site, such as our website host and email provider (Webflow, which hosts the Site and stores contact form messages; Amazon Web Services, which stores our audio files; and Google (Gmail), which receives copies of contact form messages), and only so they can perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Wee Sing or others.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages only as long as needed to respond to you and handle any follow-up, and no longer than 12 months, after which we delete them. Server logs kept by our hosting provider are retained under its standard schedule.
Security
The Site uses encryption (HTTPS) for all pages and form submissions. We limit access to contact form messages to staff who need them to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to see, correct or delete any information you have sent us by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, such as music services, video platforms and retailers where our products are sold. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We encourage you to read them before sharing information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. If we make a significant change, we will note it on the Site.
